Remastered version of THE LANDLORD coming soon.

When the dust settled from the Fall 2009 horror con & film festival season, the Massive Ego team was surprised to find we’d sold through the first pressing of THE LANDLORD!  A pretty cool feat, given it’s only been available 4 months, and has yet to see a proper, in-store release.

Now, as we get ready to press another batch, we’ll be going back and making all the little fixes to that we didn’t have time for in our rush to meet the 2009 festival submission deadlines, thus making THE LANDLORD (which About.com already declared “a remarkable achievement of indie filmmaking”) even better.  Chief among the updates is a remixed and remastered audio track, with some additional overdubbing by the original cast.   Plus, the updated artwork will give us a chance to show off all those nifty festival laurels and positive reviews we’ve been collecting!

Thanks to everyone who bought a copy at the festivals & cons, thanks to all the festivals & cons that selected THE LANDLORD for screenings, and thanks to all the critics and bloggers who’ve been helping to spread the word.  And watch for the remastered LANDLORD to hit stores and Netflix sometime in 2010.
